Jennifer Talley

I have been a Student Research Assistant in Dr. Stausfeld's Lab since March 2001. I am currently working with Dr. John Douglass on the electrophysiology of the visual system of the fly Phaenicia sericata. We are characterizing the functional properties of neuronal pathways that are involved in visual processing, specifically motion detection. After completion of my undergraduate Mathematics degree in the spring of 2003, I plan to enter a graduate program focused on computational neuroscience.
